Shipping Facts
We are currently using a fulfillment service for some of our products. What this means is your gear is made ON DEMAND. When an order is placed, it is sent to our service. From there, your item is created and sent to you.
We have received emails about our new shipping process. Due to the fact that we use a fulfillment service, the process may take a bit longer than before depending on how backed up our supplier is. We apologize for the miscommunication on our end. After you place your order, you will not receive shipping information until after the product has actually been created.
For Example:
- Customer Places Order
- Order is sent to Fulfillment Service
- Order is fulfilled within 1 weeks time
- Shipping information is sent to customer
- Order is delivered within 2-3 days
